We change our menu daily according to what we can source freshly locally, but you can expect for example:

 Platter with a variety of cheeses from local farms served with four types of jam with crispy bars, potato crisps, snack – 110/190 Kč

 Steamed ham roll filled with freshly grated horseradish and apple slices- 80 Kč

Carpaccio of venison infused with pine oil, with steamed Moravian chesnuts, blueberries, spring onion and lime extract – 180 Kč

Nettle soup made from locally grown organic nettles – 90 Kč

 Pheasant soup with fresh, finely chopped vegetables and home-made noodles – 110 Kč

Refreshing spring soup with finely chopped vegetables – 80 Kč

Warm Starters

 Asparagus risotto with Tyrolean ham – 120 Kč

Fried camembert with white grapes and mexican vegetables on butter roasted bread – 120Kč

 Brazilian beef steak with baked potatoes (250g) – 360 Kč

Confit duck thigh on local kedlubna (cabbage-turnip) with dumplings á la Karlový Vary – 350 Kč
